About Dr. Siddarth Warad

Dr Siddarth Warad started off his medical career in India, completing his MBBS at JNMC, Belgaum. Following a year break, he went on to secure an admirable rank in the state Post Graduation Examination and opted for General Paediatrics as speciality.

Shortly after this he went on to work with popular institutions like Columbia Asia hospitals and Motherhood which was in its early days.

Aspiring a foreign exposure and to widen his experience, He travelled to United Kingdom. He was the first international student invited for the fellowship in Neonatology at Medway Maritime Hospital, Kent.

Dr Warad further went on to pursue his interest in Paediatric Emergency by working and help establishing a dedicated unit of PEDIATRIC EMERGENCY at Medway at which he worked for over 5 years. His intense desire to work in highly tense and challenging environment and dealing with acute life-threatening situations like medical emergencies, trauma, accidents, resuscitation and part of the immediate response team (IRT) only made him more competent and confident.

During these years of stay, he went on to complete few other degrees like MRCPCH and another Post-graduation course on Simulation/ Health & wellbeing.

Upon return he worked with Kangaroo care hospitals for a short time and then switched over to run his own clinic independently at DR BEAR CHILD CLINIC, Mallathahalli, Bangalore.

He now intends to spread his knowledge, make childcare easy, accessible and help parents overcome the common concerns regarding childcare and overall improve child health management that Bangalore has to offer.
